we had a great stay in chania just off a quiet area of xania, the sandy beach and nearby cafes & taverns and restaurants and supermarket. we loved the venue and its marvellous and stunning setting. in fact, it was located near the sea.

loved the modern decor and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The location was perfect, close to the beach and grocery shops. The comfortable beds and excellent WiFi made our stay even more enjoyable. Mare Civitas exceeded our expectations.

We had an enjoyable stay at Mare Civitas Apartments for a few days. The flat was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The apartment also had excellent Wi-Fi and a large patio. it was a great place to relax and explore the area.

Great location, close to the beach and the old part of town. the apartment was well-equipped with a balcony that we loved. - There was a nice coffeehouse nearby.

The cleaning was not up to par, with the maid only coming a few times and the floors being dirty. The WiFi was slow and unreliable.

We had a very comfortable stay in Chania just next door to the old harbour of Chania. Flexible and lovely staff, they gave nice tips. Everything was simply brand-new.

I had a great value for my money at Mare Civitas Apartments. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the beach. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance. The staff was helpful and responsive to my inquiries.

Absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to the beach, taverns, and shops. the comfortable beds and well-equipped apartment were definitely a highlight. the host was very responsive to our messages, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of provided toiletries and some minor maintenance issues were a bit disappointing. It would have been nice to have complementary toiletries as stated, and the bin in the toilets should have been emptied daily.

We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the well-equipped kitchen with appliances like a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster.

The apartment building had some issues with noise insulation, which could be bothersome at times due to noise coming in from the street and hallways.

Loved the terrace with fabulous sea views! Snorkeling and fishing in the area were super fun too!

Oh, and let's not forget the delightful tile/marble floor, microwave, and dining area. Who needs a toaster anyways?
